Now THIS is our Punxsutawney Phil


I had an unexpected snow day today so I went out to grab some fun shots of Milo, our Beagle mix, in our yard. While I was busy focusing on him, something caught my attention out of the corner of my eye:





If there's one thing I know for certain about living in the Midwest it's this: the first sighting of a robin means Spring is just around the corner.

That's awesome. I had one visit my bushes this morning as well but my pictures are no where near as nice.

And a gorgeous robin he is! I saw a flock of them them before the snow. I'm always happy when they return.
